Fine at first, but ...

I bought this board in April. No problem with early, chopsticks do not adhere at all. Really awesome. But despite a very scrupulous maintenance (I was careful not to damage it with a cleaning scraper for example) and an always impeccable coating, anti-adhesion does any more work after ten uses. Forced to grease the plate before each batch if you do not want to have destroyed chopsticks for take off. So, poor quality product for the price. Bravo "made in France".

Shift in May 2015:
Unlike another plate bread I bought, the coating has not moved. It is always like the first day (a good point, it does not hurt). For cons, the plate should be greased at each use (with oil, it works less well), which is strange for anti-adhesive.
One last thing to say (I've recently learned), regarding the molds with nonstick coating (whatever it is), cooking temperature should not exceed 230 ° C.
