I am a software developer and seats accordingly min. 8 hours a day in front of the PC. By working with a mouse and keyboard, I had over the years always strong to very strong tensions in the right neck / shoulder area. Tried it with Sport (back training + strength training) as well as various orthopedic surgeons and physiotherapists. Even when I was osteopaths times, nothing helped. Previously had the MS Ergonomic Keyboard 4000 in combination with an ergonomic vertical mouse, thus my pain but have rather worsened because the MS keyboard is just huge and you have far too much access to the right to get to the mouse, what then only leads to total imbalance of the spine and thereby tensions. With the Lenovo keyboard, the pain have subsided significantly after only 3 days use, because the wide handle outward to the mouse is no longer required and can thus automatically sit much more symmetrical. So I can know about the keyboard every suffering through computer work under unilateral Nackenschmezen. Simultaneously with the keyboard way, I have bought the Medisana Percussion Massager, with whom I now every day let me massage your neck for 10 minutes. I hope that I have my order now a pain once and for all under control. Now the keyboard itself. Someone wrote that the processing is cheap and the buttons were all sitting wrong. That I can not understand that. If you look vertically from the top to the keys you can see though that the gap between keys and the cutouts in the housing upwards slightly larger than downwards. I personally do not interfere, however, and I find the whole it acts also processed very neat, at least there's nothing rattles or wobbles and the plastic makes a high quality impression. Also the pressure point of the keys I find very pleasant. By the way, I use the keyboard to an iMac and am quite satisfied. A few things you should know this but. You can swap the functions of the cmd and Alt keys to the Mac settings, so you then on the Windows key MAC old key and on the old mac-cmd button. However, I did not make it, the "print" button between Alt Gr and Ctrl to prove. There is no right or cmd then etweder the old function. Button with the '' - - In addition, the '^' is with me swapped button. I do not know if you can change that, I just try to get used to. Since Lenovo but nothing for the nitty Apple Keyboard Layout can and probably mine has similar problems all Windows keyboards under Mac, I admit nevertheless 5 stars, especially from orthopedic ergonomic considerations :)
