The Fractal Design R2 Series Silent Series is really quiet. The fan is connected in my Fractal Design Define R4 as stern fan in use and with the fan control of the case. At 5 volts the R2 is literally inaudible. On 7 volts to 12 volts low and even he was not going rushes, like many other fans.
The assembly is very simple. Unpack fan, placed in the housing, screw or fixed nipples infected (with rubber nipples) and to an available 3-pin connector. That's about it.
My conclusion:
Very good and especially quiet fan with as good a cooling capacity. Priced unobjectionable. Clear Best Buy!
