The poor 1-point reviews I can not understand, even though the writers have tried really to go into detail and I do not have the impression that they have counted so damning of pure opportunism. People, my expectations for the "Honkin Blues Cover Story" had just not been very high: That's why I was pleasantly surprised: The guys I've often referred to in the past as "my boys" because they me in the past had made especially emotional fully to the Twelve, have carved out a really good record. Without going now to go into individual songs, I recognize varied songwriting, modern grip Aerosmith sounds without somewhere trendy currying, Steven succeeded in partially great vocal Constitution, duet with Carrie Underwood, female backing vocals, etc., etc. ... What more do you want? Oh, sure, the disk is a bit too long. Why not five stars ... Joe Perry has alone just not written three good numbers, but still only a decent song ("Oh Yeah") delivered his lead vocals and have at least Sharm, though no real size! Nevertheless, it remains my favorite in the troupe: Cool riffs and rock and roll, keep on rockin ', Joe !!! Conclusion: No new musical dimension, but much more than solid old boys hawking !!!
