The use of this set is in function and operation comparable to similar heating controllers of Conrad and ELV, with or without radio interface. Everything seems to be equipped with the same software. However, the temperature and cycle settings are unfortunately less flexible than eg at Conrad EQ-3 controller with a similar concept, but without radio. If you have activated the external control unit to guide, nothing more can be adjusted at the actuator. The radio link within a room is stable, longer range I did not try. The adjustability of the control panel is missing a control wheel, as with other solutions, if you want fast times change the temperature without having to reprogram. With the +/- buttons is not very comfortable. With once adjusted, fixed temperature cycle the function is just ok. Compared to the very similar Conrad EQ-3 without radio the price is high and profitable only when the radiator itself due to unfavorable conditions (eg curtains) no local temperature measurement.
