I have the player now for about 2 weeks. For Style: The Blu-ray Player has a simple black design with a silver bar on top. It is very narrow and fits my opinion, so in every sideboard / Lowboard etc. The supplied remote control is black and has the usual buttons Player, additionally feature a button for Smart TV. For functionality: I have only bought movies to DVD / Blu-ray my Blu-ray player and had not seen that he also has a smart TV function. This I need actually not, because until now I use streaming services on the Playstation 3. DVDs / Blu-ray's playing the instrument without any problems and ohnen from longer charging times. Moreover, barely audible the player. Otherwise, I can not tell you much further to DVD / Blu-ray playback, no more and no less works. The Smart TV function I now have a couple of times tested. The Blu-ray player is connected to the Internet via wifi and you can convert all popular streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Instant Video, etc.) use. Operation of Smart TV's is not 100% liquid, comparable to the PS3, but very usable. Meanwhile, I use only the player for Smart TV, as it starts much faster than the PS3 and the operation is also something simple. The player can through the USB port or DVD still play all kinds of video formats (see description) and also support Dolby Digital Plus. The player must be connected exclusively via HDMI, which means no Scart, but this would also make no sense in a Blu-ray player.
Conclusion: A good player for DVD / Blu-ray (3D) rendering. Who does not have a Smart TV, is hereby well retrofit its TV, without having to put down an additional box (eg FireTV).
