Good (durschnittliches) pop album

I did not know what I had expected of 'In This Skin', because I rather Show Average was the first album and I had Jessica Simpson then displaced more or less as a singer. Thus, I also got nothing from the fact that it had already published a second album. However that may be, I now have the latest Wek of her hand. After watching the opening track 'Angels' - a cover of Robbie Williams' song - heard I was absolutely disappointed by the fact that it has this wonderful song simply interpreted or gecovert just wrong! Well, so I got me the rest belongs to and was then also not so enthusiastic. Instead of the album but put away immediately, I heard it myself again and again, and slowly but surely, to some songs hebten out of this album! So it happened that I have the beautiful ballad 'You Do not Have To Let Go' perceived only after multiple listening! To me almost the best song on this album! Also 'In This Skin' or 'With You' are very good pop songs for me! As easily indicated, I find the two cover songs ('Angels /' Take My Breath Away ') rather failed, nevertheless should not mean that the entire album is bad. Of course on this CD a lot of good and beautiful pop songs that will appeal certainly one or the other, the other is on catchy pop music! Overall, this is a successful pop album, where the second half is much better than the beginning of the album !! However, only these 3 stars because it is very monotonous and gave me the cover version simply did not like. Gäb it 3 1/2 stars would probably get this album from me !!
But I would advise everyone, rather a listen to the album before it rather than simply to buy so! :)
