Customer Review

something is missing.

As usual, produced perfect. Typical Hooverphonic sound with easy sixties- and trip-hop touch, but much more worn than on their previous albums.
Although the album does not sound bad in my opinion lacks that certain something.
Perhaps also that Hooverphonic now a new singer (Noémie Wolfs) has. Geike Arnaert left the band in 2008 after the release of the previous album "The President Of The LSD Golf Club" and brought my feeling to her singing more variation in the Repertuar the band.
I actually do not believe when their bands singer, replace their singer and under the same name go on as if nothing had happened.
Reminds trip-hop connoisseur somehow to the career of Morcheeba. Here ultimately returned the original singer.
- Quite so bad it does not sound at Hooverphonic and it would be wrong at Noémie Wolfs, which does its job well the sole reason to look, but as I said, my personal opinion, something is missing.

Best listen and decide for yourself.
