I had the machine for only one day in use. The espresso is very good, but the service was very awkward. The strainer can not be removed without tools, the cpl. Portafilter very stiff. The missing function display I miss it and the space under the screen support is very limited for the size of the machine. The large water tank does not help, since water is not to be kept.
CONCLUSION: Possibly I did not have to use a Monday product, but so was the machine.
