I have already baked with this Gärform some breads and am satisfied so far. The workmanship is good and the dough is super. The only minus point is that the flour to the Peddingrohr really adheres poorly and it's already happened to me, that the dough is adhered and then leaves the very difficult to remove from the mold. Therefore, now I have a pulp mold bought and am frankly pleased. Since the flour adheres much better and the bread is just as good. Must probably everyone decide for themselves what kind of shape he prefers.
