Have this mat now installed with cable ties on the railing of my balcony for 2 months .... looked good ... but .... the first gust of wind and the stability of the plastic has been tested and is completely flunked ... it tore off. ... on the first floor .... I am very disappointed in the price I would have expected more. ..
