On the functioning of the unit (heating, grill and all other features) in itself is absolutely nothing to worry. Nor on design. The device looks absolutely chic and sophisticated - participated from afar as from and to the touch. A star deduction is available for the all-English and extremely cryptic inscription. This is a problem that could be significantly improved with really little effort by the manufacturer. Second star deduction there from me for the really poor operating concept. After about 20 years, microwave, one would think that a good and simple operating concept should have prevailed long. On my old wave the simplest of tasks was ever - warming the lunch leftovers in the evening - simply done by turning the knob to adjust the time and then pushing the same button to start. But this device is as good as not to operate without instruction. If you already have a turn-and-press knob installs on the device as well in this device, then why should the completion of the same task, the operation of 3 (!) Different buttons require in the correct sequence! ?? But as I said ... heat does the device :-)
