A great product, what mMn the Flexi Bar in nothing. I compared both rods and am convinced of two, except that the flexi bar stop, about 50 - is more expensive. The exercises that you can do, are very versatile and (so it was at least for me) to TGL. 10 minutes (though distributed to 2x daily.) After about a week I could already see the first muscles, of course, not as a bodybuilders, yet visible. If you go on youtube, you can also find many exercise videos, the supplied Poster however helped me already, only the video can all deepen.
