The module "Process" is in Lightroom certainly the most important and will be addressed in the training also the longest. Here I found, however, the processing manner of Martin Gommel as very one-sided.
Almost every time a photo (also beautiful sun Photos) was alienated in very gloomy, provided with extreme contrasts thunderstorm-mood-black and white images. The color images were by the extreme contrasts almost to the storm-black and white image. That would not necessarily important for the teaching and learning success, if not, the procedure would be virtually identical each time.
So almost any image in black and white is converted, provided with extreme S-Curves, treated with Gradient tool Adjustment Brush and grit. Here I would have expected more variation. Instead of repetitive extreme S-curve sometimes describe a delicate gradation of the different areas of brightness or instead of repeatedly Add Grain sometimes practice the noise reduction.
The speech by Martin Gommel is good, quite smoothly and quite clearly.
The operation of the program is simple and good, can be copied on hard disk to bypass the annoying sound DVD and DVD-tarnishing, and the already-played posts be usefully highlighted.
In sum gives the video a very good overview of Lightroom and many useful tips and is therefore recommended. The training describes possible approaches enough, but also not extremely going into detail or in the module "Process" somewhat one-sided. Thus 4 instead of 5 star evaluation.
