The can is filled ech huge and about 80%. This comes sealed and has the screw even a carrying handle. Stable it is not, but can be pressed in at the sides, but what the actual content does not detract.

The more pappige powder consists of 70% casein (milk protein) and a small portion of whey (whey) and 2% egg protein with a good amount of BCAAs. It is thus not necessarily suitable as a post workout shake. Here is a pure whey (isolate) significantly better (Whey is quickly absorbed by the body). I take it before going to sleep to me. Very positive, the composition of about 90% protein is to be mentioned. I ordered extra-neutral, since it contains no sweeteners such as aspartame, and you can determine its flavor even so, if you want it for. In a hand shaker with strainer of Shake is very creamy (I mix with 0.1% lactic). But in a blender you get Ruck Zuck pudding. The stuff is fixed pretty fast, so it is no longer safe to drink and you have to spoon it. In addition, powder residues stick to the glass. Allowed to stand ready to shake in glass, so you can watch how it is determined. So mix milk purely in the blender, powder, not more than 3 (!) Seconds and drink immediately, otherwise a spoon will be charged. The Shake saturates at me approximately 1 hour and tastes really for nothing - except a bit of milk.
The compatibility is very good. I have no problems with it. The price is quite decent, but still moves under the Allstars.
One star deduction I give for not optimal solubility and brutally fast solidification due to the high casein content, as the shake is therefore no longer drinkable.
I have now ordered my Frey Nutrition Iso Whey, I suppose Shake for breakfast and as a post-workout protein and 96 only as "Good night meal".
Would I buy it again? Good question. The Caseinbedarf you can just cover with Magerquark. 300g contain about 36g of protein-fat curd cheese (80% casein, 20% whey) and about half of calories. Considering then the price, Quark is better. Therefore, I will stay in the future and as Magerquark Shake only whey (isolate) supplement.
PS: Without training and cleaner diet these products are useless. They are and remain Ergängungsmittel and no miracle powder!
