I put the lens on my a K200D. From the picture quality was a nice lens. For the market segment in which plays the 55-300, good sharpness and beautiful contrasts. The lens makes beautifully crisp images. That the light intensity is not outstanding - well, this is no surprise in this class. What annoys me really, is the lame autofocus.
