Accustomed Etymotic earphones, I have not been disappointed with the sound quality and isolation of HF5. I am disappointed by cons by finishing headphones. I ais for 10 months and they already work anymore. In fact, the angled shape of the connector product too many constraints on the basis of the cable which is not reinforced. The outer protection has deteriorated over time, resulting in a faulty contact. Now the left ear no longer works. I will return them to service, hoping for a remedy from Etymotic.
