great phone

After our old Siemens Gigaset 3010 to now 8 years no longer it is really the speaker is no longer correct) we wanted to have a Gigaset again because of good quality. After a long search which model is in question, we decided for the S810 there is the S810 as S810A with an answering machine) The best times I count here the pros and cons:

- The battery cover - unfortunately unbuckling if you want to connect your handset via USB to the PC
and I have the impression that if you want to take it off several times, eventually break the pins of the cover

The Gigaset S810 is a really visually very nice phone in said good quality Gigaset to just stop the battery cover. The standby duration is approximately 180 hours and if that is not enough to replace the batteries with 1000mAh batteries max, which increases the standby time to 230 hours. Attached are 800mAh batteries.

I would like to mention that we call in the Kabel BW network, ie via cable modem / router and the phone is fully usable and the Clip function is working properly. I write separately because I have read in various reviews (not at S810), that on some models the clip function would not work with certain modems. So as I said to the cable modem of Kabel BW, no problems.

Incidentally, the synchronization via Bluetooth with my Samsung WaveII worked super fast and flawless. Likewise with the laptop. Now I'm all about Bluethoot I then not always necessary to remove the battery cover.

Personally, I find the S810 a successful Comfort phone with many features and can only highly recommend.
