I bought the 2013 version with LTE namely in April last year.
Initially, the device worked fabulously. The end of December, I then found that was broken microphone.
Disturbing because the "OK Google" is no longer recognized, and for small to shoot movies entsetliches noise could be heard. So I sent it for repair to ASUS. The unit was still a year old and a microphone can not be so difficult to replace. I thought.
Well today I got an email from Asus.

So in my text:
Your device is with us hostage if they want to have again please pay min. 74.97 When the payment of nearly 300 to get it back even repaired.
Again repair of ones available in warranty device to which only the microphone is defective 292.37
Without Repair 74.97.
ASUS does not decide the way even if there is a warranty claim or. I have not used the unit underwater or so played ping-pong. It's just broken the micro.
So in the future come to me no more ASUS devices into the house.
