Hard Rock old school ...

... That's what "UFO" making for over 45 years and what this band also distinguished. Although from the original cast only "Phil Mogg" and "Andy Parker" on board has not changed the style of the British hard rock pioneers. "UFO" take on "Conspiracy of Stars" just what they do best - simple, robust rock is carried forward with no frills!
I admit that it has a few runs to hand I myself with the new compact of "rock Dinosaurs" have befriended me a bit of variety but lacks personally. The songs move indeed all on one (albeit high) level, although I just missing a little surprise moments. "Conspiracy of Stars" has a routine, which is not surprising especially, is yet to become the 22nd studio album by the British. Also one can see any craft errors that gentlemen play their instruments inside out, but I can not associate myself with the reasons already mentioned the effusive reviews of other reviewers. Because UFO have hardly changed their style in all these years, they can be quite measure to the great and brilliant albums of the past - and then 5 stars are simply not justified!
I would like to emphasize however the vocal performance of "Phil Mogg". The guy is now 67 years old and do not hear his voice truly on, this looks very powerful and has not lost a bit of expressiveness.
Playing tips? Did not I, I think that moving the title itself consistently on the same high level without which I could lift a song especially.
I have read the "UFO" the album can be followed by a tour and I hope that it then impress even in the vicinity of Stuttgart. I saw "UFO" already in the 80 and can only confirm the live qualities of the band - they would like to see again

My conclusion: For all "old" fans "Conspiracy of Stars" a must that can buy blindly. "UFO" just do what you would expect as a longtime fan of the British hard rockers - and that fits well at the 22nd studio album!
