Hardware performance - SONY software is increasingly becoming a disaster ...

No benefit of Android 5.0.2:
1.) After upgrading to Android 5.0.2 now lack the practical face recognition to unlock the device.
The supposedly new "Smart Lock" is completely missing
2.) The icons are ridiculously big! These missing the start screen "Home Settings".
This should actually the icons can be reduced. The absence of this option, the icons are now
unchangeable extremely large and it will fit max. 4 icons in a row! It just looks ridiculous and is completely inappropriate !!!
3.) The softkeys are still almost constantly appear and shrink still at the major for me Apps
the screen by nearly 1 cm !!!!
4) an extreme pixelation (noise) is repeatedly occurred when taking photos of landscapes with maximum resolution,
so that an enlarged detail is impossible!
5.) The available keyboards have unnecessarily extremely small keys. As compared to a building which is almost equal to
large device with 5 "screen is the XPERIA typing a puzzle with many mistakes ....
6) Battery life: 100% down to 8% after 12 hours Normal operation and 60 photos taken ...
7.) The bright "material design" appears, is uncomfortable for me in the eye and probably will consume more power!

Wireless sync: The Free - Software "Myphone Explorer" creates what Sony does not create (or do not want to create to force users to the cloud): Local synchronization with Outlook works again via WLAN. A service that was standard a few years ago, is the exotic today !!!

As often described the device is powerful and well processed. Nevertheless, I have after an intense week with equipment, SONY software & Read in SONY - now already prophylactically requested a return shipping label forums!

2 Reasons for little joy:
1.) The 3 softkeys ("Back," home screen "," App Manager ") are always displayed below the display!
This reduces the usable screen size of 4.3 "to just 4"!
I wanted a compact device - but not meaningless circumcised screen!
Almost all my important apps groundless missing about 1 cm from the screen!
Only with root access and with additional app would be the remedy!
For photos and eg Youtube, the softkeys hidden,
When editing Excel and Word but not !!!
But I need every day!

2.) Synchronization with Outlook is possible only via a USB cable!
Hard to believe, but with the Sony software "PC Companion" can Contacts & Calendar will be synchronized only via a USB cable. WLAN can not be used! An obvious feature I could on old Nokia phone use already 9 years ago! This means for each synchronization needs the USB cover to be opened and thus the water tightness is at risk again.
