This quite elegant espresso maker has one major drawback: The thread between the upper and lower part is in new condition so stiff that, although one thinks that the boiler would be tightly turned off, the steam but still unnoticed by the thread escapes with little clouds to form or hiss. One waits in vain for the coffee, while the now dry base begins to glow almost! It is recommended to grease the threads or oil! Maybe it is, but more smoothly even with frequent use.
