In the large box a lot of parts are delivered, which seem a bit like Lego technique. The parts are cleanly processed, stable and very accurately. It all makes a high impression.
However, the most important part is the manual. It is divided into several areas with different applications which include one or more models that fit the respective theme. After each model of the possible application of the model, experiments and similar robots are shown in the real world. All this in three different difficulty levels.
However, it must also be drawn up even a bit by himself. So z. B. is not exactly explain how the remote control is operated. An experiment is to find out.
In the guide book also addresses the different progressions (wheels, legs) and there are corresponding models. My Son are staggering the legged robot.
The models, however, are usually reduced only on the technical and often consist of a skeleton and are not particularly pretty. This is but a matter that refers to the function of the robot and can understand why not build a cool, good-looking remote control car. That there is finished.

The robot-box is indeed from 8 years, however, some models are to accomplish really difficult for younger children and not alone. Since one should rather start with simple models or build with parents. But precisely because of the different levels and the wide range of applications (bulldozers to clean), it will not get bored and you have a long time (maybe even years) some of the box.
It's also nice that the parts are listed separately and can be ordered if necessary in the cosmos.
