However great smartphone problems during access to the network operator

Have been very good experiences with the Moto G made. Convincing look and feel, size smartphone is in my opinion perfect, internal memory of 16 GB so far quite sufficient working speed properly, display very sharp, robust. The camera is good in bright light, in the dark rather modest. The price is great.

However, I have had a problem with the mobile reception this weekend. Without any warning (ie only the icon Network signal strength recognizable) is my phone not with the network have been connected (the O2 network with me on Netclub) and in the web search this has been shown to be unavailable. Does not mobile data reception and of course not be reached by telephone. Moreover, when you restart the Smartphone to enter the PIN has not been required, alone the pattern input to unlock the screen has been needed.

Solution:
After two days without reception I've been turned on while the phone, the SIM card is removed once used and new. The PIN was retrieved and then immediately came to connect.

The error is probably not due to network provider but on the smartphone or the operating system. For someone who constantly has to be reached that is of course unacceptable. That is why for the time being a star deduction.
