First I bought the game with the knowledge that I need to sign in to Windows Live, the game must be in the drive always that I need a constant Internet connection and only can save game when I'm logged in. All of that is per se already an impertinence for a product whose full use I've actually been acquired through the purchase. The application requires a certain amount of time and may have to be repeated before every play. This makes Steam but significantly better.
Now I could not complete the application in Windows LIVE because in my version of the game, no activation code was included. So I've been playing exchanged for a version of the handbook - which had in this case the Active approximate Code - was present. I tried a second application, but which failed because it turned out that the code was too short, so 20 instead of 25 points contained. So I have I exchanged the game a second time. Now, the code has the correct length and I entered it correctly, what Windows LIVE however looks different.
Perplexed and exasperated as I am, I want to contact customer service me now. Kindly, it turns out that the support of 2Kgames address is dead and the hotlines of 2Kgames and wishing for Windows 1.86 per minute to help me with problems that they have caused.
Desperate and irritated as I am now looking for an additional possible errors and come up with the idea that I perhaps have given an incorrect password at login, even though I'm sure that is not the case. So I go on "Forgot Password", answer the security question and give a new password, and then to get the message that this service currently not available and that I should try it later (which I now done three times unsuccessfully in the last hours have).
I can only recommend everyone to boycott this harassment by Windows LIVE! Who wants to rip off their customers and treated like dirt does not need to wonder about criticism and pirated!
