Enjoyed my Photosmart 2610 bought during my 3 years of service in the US. After my return to Germany, I have found that my printer does not recognize the European HP cartridges. HP is neither willing nor HP has the customer to help any interest with this problem. This problem can only be remedied with a purchase of a new printer (certainly not HP)! HP has a supercilious and extremely customer-unfriendly service.
