After all the positive reviews I was really confident to acquire a good product. Had I but the carts not urgently needed, I would have sent him back immediately after opening the package again. So I got myself decided to accept the challenge and upgrade the wagon for my needs:
- With two small guide rails on the side walls, the brackets were resolved
- A staple stuck pointless middle of a side wall
- The head of a screw was looking out of the side wall because the corresponding plastic part was gone
- The side panels did not fit into the guides provided, so this had to be corrected
- The handlebar had to be fixed too much play and had to deal with additional nuts and washers
- The screw was missing (which not noticed me, makes installation without tools but impossible)
- The ground clearance was too low, so that under load, the wheels grind (corrected by a washer on the front suspension and a - anyway very necessary - reinforcement of the stay) while turning on the frame
There were more errors, but not all come to mind. Overall, I can make only a damning indictment, because the car is far from holding what it promises. I am curious to see if the car will bear my burden with approximately 50 Kg - it is designed for 100 kg of the and without my attached reinforcements. I have doubts still ...
Very terrible is also the front suspension, which was laid out -scheinbar Kostengründen- space before the front axle. This creates an extremely unfavorable lever on the sleeve of the suspension. Slide or downhill braking is so dangerous. I hope the car stops. If he does, the suspension next year is still rebuilt.
At the end I could have good build its own framework as well. If not claimed a lot more time, the result would have been better by far.
Anyone who is considering to buy this car, I can only strongly advise against it!
