When unpacking the pillows smelled a bit strict, but after 2 days on the air that vanished again.
In the first long bus ride I was very excited and the neck pillow was great for relaxing.
However, if you often use the pillow, it leiert unfortunately somehow and supports the neck / head interface is not quite as good.
