Basically, the book is divided into 3 parts:
1. theory;
2. exercises;
3. special cases.
Both the theoretical part is excellent (although it lacks a glossary for beginners anatomy), as part exercises left me puzzled.
Indeed, the different postures for strengthening the abs are explained and illustrated through pictures and that's it! It means giving of cooking recipes without the amount of ingredient to use! In short, for a "method" that is a shame. Besides the description of postures, should be added: -a time maintains posture, -a number of repetitions, -a pause time between two positions, -a weekly realization of expected outcome based, etc. ..
I hesitated to put 1 or 2 stars, however, since the theoretical part is of excellent quality and allows to understand the concept I let two stars; shame about the "exercises" incomplete and in my opinion that spoils the quality of the work.
