Irritable bowel

I had as a child with bowel problems. Starting with Black Fingernails,
who succeeded to the former family doctor said it was a vitamin and mineral deficiency, a constantly inflamed tongue, itchy blisters on toes and finger interstices, at puberty then hay fever, followed by intestinal inflammation, diarrhea constantly, ....... .....

that I do not tolerate cow's milk and react to all other foods with cow's milk, on multi-grain bread, tomato, potato, allergic, but then no one knew. (Incl. Medical)
A lactose, gluten -and histamine fructose intolerance is presented to me only
about 20 years ago laid.

Based on the positive reviews here I ordered the preparation and take it since
2 days a (4 capsules daily) and today I feel after eating an apple, which caused immediate abdominal pain with me ............. well.

I wish that my intestinal flora plus a complaints freer! Can support life.

Addendum:

Every morning I take 2 capsules intestinal flora and Select have now. Through the regular consistent intake a prima intestine which is functioning normally Even after eating previously tolerated foods go fine me. Irritable bowel syndrome has improved noticeably. That means to me: The preparation allows me actually a complaint-free life.
