This album is probably the best publication of this timeless genius band. Ian Anderson and his cronies celebrate here the perfect symbiosis of classical music, folk and pithy Hard Rock. At no other Tull Ian Anderson's voice sounded publication emotional, moving and clear, his playing acoustic guitar virtuoso and the orchestration detail joyful than to Minstrel in the Gallery. It mixes violent e-guitar riffs with delicate violin and flute sounds; even the inflated Deep Purple epic Concerto for Group and Orchestra is exceeded here, what should detract from the quality of this Kabinettstückchens not, after all, Deep Purple rendered hereby pioneered. But Tull let the monumental-classical aspect well integrated into their songwriting as fluffy, light folklore elements. Every song is absolutely timeless and ingenious. This album is second to none and everyone who believes S & M Metallica is a classic rock fusion, shall fall before Minstrel in the Gallery erführchtig on his knees and pay homage Tull. The sound is clear, the production more than successful, and each member represents his musical skills. In my humble opinion this is the best album of all time (Thick as a Brick is in this vote out of competition). BUY, disbelievers!
