After "Love Flight" and "When you're gone," this CD is the third plant of Constantine, whose core is love. After that it is politically, before Constantine the love dedicated to the family home. The end has then somehow the end - that is, death, and related feelings - about. As love and death for alarm are inextricably linked, this makes sense on this CD.

The songs are, except for "The Tango Joe" (unfortunately an unimaginative, plate number, you would probably have saved more, which one can not deny her that she too is very nice arranged) and two instrumentals, all classic alarm clock Discography, in this respect so you can not expect much new, but the songs, thanks to the Quartet, changed partly something and rearranged. In particular, the version of "Stormy times, darling" with the spectacular finale is probably the most interesting of the songs that were previously can be found on CD. The so few new songs can be found on the album, so it should not disappoint. Especially because Constantine by passionately recited poems for a change - and goosebumps - makes.
Then also the new studio album "tenderness and anger" with 14 all-new songs has been announced for the summer of 2011.

The final of the CD seems rather unspectacular at first glance and Konstantin concentrates on the quieter sounds. But who knows Alarm Clock, know that the concert has not ended to be well, because especially towards the end - during the encores - he and his colleagues run again in top form. However, it is possible, because you renounced here on a bombastic finale that the concept album seems even rounder.

On the whole, therefore, Constantine, Jo and the Quartet succeeded a round, musically and stylistically versatile album around the theme of love, which acts cheesy, flat or predictable at any time.
