The quality is poor! The items come from probably from an uncontrolled China production. The parts are not burred so that there is a risk to cut the fingers. The adapter is not firmly seated, so that the air escapes. Shipping fees are indeed charged 3.99. The shipping itself takes place as a consignment for less than. 1 Recommendation: Stay away! No reputable supplier!
