Very Very Disappointed this product, we had to order for Christmas for our son, and our great surpise no backpack spiderman in the box or instructions the way !!!!
For the return policy is direct refund? so I have returned a gift from Santa Claus who is already mounted in this time it !!!!! How solved this problem ???? not contacted the sellers ?????? !!!!!!!!!
