Test winner in this report was the red G3 Ferrari Napoli. After reading the reviews here (thanks by the way to all reviewers, I buy household electronics only here because of the insightful assessments!) However, I have decided to go for the black Pizza Express.
The first start after instructions surprised us immediately positive, as we were used to a smell of new home appliances, we had to leave the kitchen window open pull to any fumes, but there was absolutely no stench and only discreet, odorless smoke clouds (water vapor?).
When dough we opted for an adaptation of the enclosed quick recipe from 400 g (white) spelled flour, 150 g wheat haze, 1 1/2 Päckch. Dry yeast, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon salt, 4 tablespoons olive oil and 275 ml tepid water.
This dough can be processed without walking.
Very handy is if you have several flexible cutting boards and on these the Pizzateigportionen thin auswellt (we took about 130 g per pizza dough).
One can ausgewellten floors then super processed!
The ground still contact before mating each and give the slightly dried-side down, then it's easier the topped pizza stand with the oven enclosed Teigschabern the cutting board.
We first 3 minutes, then turned the pizzas at level 2 1/2 as recommended by 90 °, once baked for 3 minutes.
Then, the batter was deliciously crisp (alone the sound with the pizza cutter breaks through the dough crust leaves an already converge mouth watering) and the cheese wonderfully light brown au gratin.
Since we have an open kitchen we found them not bad that a flat all the time standing in the kitchen, pizza bases occupied, "einschießt" divides and served.
One can this delightfully crispy pizza corners so wonderfully out of hand eating: -D
Get a really great product and that the pizza stone "patina" is really to get over!
