Two HD-capable cameras (DbPower HD023P) I hattee several months ago bought and installed permanently and use them for one hamster aquarium (without water!). So you can see if one of the kids is awake and has as needed quite a good day and night screen time and again. The third DbPower HD023 is used in the kitchen in front of the window and can (if you have time) bird watching before the aviary (comes z. B. again a rare woodpecker past?). You can even aufzeichen with this type of camera on a separate memory card.
HD capability is good, you also recognize some differences to the classic VGA screen, but such a camera is not always mandatory. Incidentally, I have still two VGA cameras from D-Link that I even quite liked, but also considerably more costly are a great VGA camera provides a very respectable and good pictures, there are providers who offer poorer quality - the is definitely in the "Wansview NCL616W" not the case. This is like saying a VGA camera, so apparently not fancy, but
An essential feature is in addition to the attractive price that you can control horizontal and vertical camera motorized, here I use z. B. the App iSmartViewPro for my Apple devices! This may yet none of my other cameras. This is more than just a gimmick, because it is an almost complete room monitoring in the absence of possible one can thus see also angle, which remain a hidden otherwise. Even when switching on (power plug) shows the camera what they can, by one of the camera head is moved quietly to complete the link, right, up and down. A very nice touch!
At this point, an important note: I use all the cameras exclusively via Power-Link adapter, so to speak in LAN operation because my data security and a stable transfer are very important. About problems with Wi-Fi, I can therefore report anything.
The good for a VGA camera to very good image quality I've mentioned, albeit partially relatively bright. Also the sound can be heard a good understanding of where the images and sounds (live) (Tablet for example) can be stored on the monitor.
The control over the app is quite comfortable. After I had eingesannt the camera over the bar code, I immediately could start, with the User Name: admin were to capture and the power-on password (at the bottom of the camera). Even more (DB) cameras can be stored in the app so you can all manage well in a total or single view. Once one example among friends, can be so fast Let's see just after things. If you like it, use the motion detection (notification).
So for me the camera is "Wansview NCL616W (analogous to the" brother "of DB) a small blast, despite initial skepticism, since I'm already used HD camera quality but as a killer feature is the motor controllability very good -. And to this price.
Visually the pedestal rather clunky, but as this is through a mind of its own weight and not easily verrutschbar. For LAN users definitely a price (currently starting at 40), and Best Buy.
