After many years of bodybuilding and Fitness I dropped gradually fitness rooms: too expensive, stressful schedules, too few devices for the membership etc ... This book restored me the taste of the sport without these constraints. At 55, I could not imagine losing much flexibility and muscles ... After only two months of excercises I found much of the old elasticity and especially muscle mass upper body disappeared over the years. Take the time to read the book, the method is simple, well-described exercises. My companion, 61, follows the men method for 3 months and the flexibility (which has always lacked) still does creak a little muscle mass that recovers is impressive in so little time.
So I highly recommend to all those who find the water packs increasingly heavy and earth increasingly low ...
