For sweet waffles, just add 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar.
Six short recipes are also given: chocolate waffles and strawberries, blueberries and mascarpone cream, with cream / caramel / dried fruit, smoked salmon / dill cream / caper / onions / pickles, to lettuce / grilled peppers, goat / slivered almonds and a final spinach / goat / cherry tomatoes and toasted pine nuts.
