Barely six months later, I can recommend the Audio Line V100 still almost uneingechränkt. The visual control works perfectly, both in daylight and at night (via infrared). The audio transmission is very good. The "alarm" is somewhat sensitive (even in the least sensitive setting), but that's dear to us, as if the device remains silent when the boy complained. The general features of the V100 is in my opinion quite ausrteichend, the lullaby and the microphone function (the receiver has a built-in microphone, and a speaker of the transmitter, so you can be responsive Beby remotely) are a great idea, although we have not used regularly.
Now to the big drawback, which wude already mentioned in various reviews: The battery is the clear weak point in this unit! At first, he still holds a to 1.5 hours, but after 3 months he has after 15 (!) Minutes to a charger. This mobility is practically no longer exists, and at first annoyed powerful. The only advantage was that the battery is not permanently installed in the receiver, thus a replacement was possible in principle. But I tried in vain to buy an original replacement battery, nowhere there was this model, especially with the correct connection plug never. Ultimately I find anything at Conrad Elektronik. There I helped a competent employees by offering me a specific model and advised me to plug the original batteries simply turn soldering. No sooner said than done-I bought the Conrad battery, cut the wires on the original battery and soldered again at Conrad battery. The work took me 15min, and now the recipient holds at least twice as long as the original battery in its heyday!
Here the name of Conrad batteries: Emmerich NiMH rechargeable battery 3.6V AAA 800MAH, Order No. 255052
By the way: The original battery has loudly labeling 930mAh, so should really give more current than the Conrad with only 800MAH. My personal experience tells me something else but because the spare battery will last with us, as I said, at least twice as long as the orignal at delivery.
