OM2 ??? This news has first blown away neatly. The greater the relief that set for itself in the first round. No rehash of so hackneyed 80íger- year-Metals. No unwinding any homogenous success concepts. Rather, all contained on a disk, which the QR-fan as I have grown fond really: Unmistakable sounds, melodies and lyrics. Bombastic, dynamic and after the umpteenth time listening still surprising. Social criticism and not a little boring. To name the thing OM2 sounded for me in the first moment after suicide on. OM2 can not be equated with OM1, however it creates up to date on their predecessors to tie. It is captivating, as hardly an older album of this band. No QR album is similar to another. And that's exactly the reason why I also, after 17 years still keep the fidelity of this band. QR want and wanted to continue developing musically. The music of QR was always (and increasingly in recent Jahrne) inspired by influences that can be found outside the Metal division. The individual band members heard privately probably very different kinds of music, at least not exclusively metal. I can only say the thing that surprised me more than positive. And if I have to pick up at night only with socks on their feet drowsily but compulsively the missed CD out of the car, so I can still listen to me falling asleep then I know exactly what this CD has a potential. OK, the production is probably not so great. That does not detract from the artistic TOTAL dead which is: 5 Star ***** with distinction (and if I could also 10) Thanks guys for these beautiful hours.
