Here are my first impressions:
In weight and bulk (VS PS3 slim) is almost identical. Only the design changes, quite well, though the glossy plastic will surely have a tendency to get scratched ... (if you move, prepare velvet glove!)
No fault in the HDMI port or other connectors, console lights well and without problems (+1!)
The installation and configuration steps are clear and are fast.
The XMB (XcrossMediaBar) was revisited and it's a bit confusing at first. It is made thereafter. The live video menus are nice.
However, in the store or application, one falls too often on a variety of games and apps fee.
Following bad clicks, watch out for unintended purchases. I do not know if there are plans to block access to PS Store via password, but it would be prudent to include this feature if it is not.
In terms of graphics: At top. I could not test that for the time Killzone and effects are simply amazing. Coupled with an HD TV> 50 inches and home cinema 5.1, we are really immersed in the universe. It's fluid, detailed, is stunning. To see and now compare with other games.
The controller reacts very well, joysticks were reviewed for the thumbs slipping more! A good point!
Ergonomics, it is close to a DualShock revisited.
The sound that comes out of the joystick causes a surprise effect, it is even possible to connect a wired microphone headset included!
Noise aside, do not put it in an open niche of your TV stand (even if more than 30 cm high), otherwise the hot air expelled by the PS4 will be reinjected and your console will heat much and the fans will run at full speed to a disturbing noise (tested 20 minutes, furniture output immediately). A on your TV stand or vertically adjacent or open support.

Striking _Graphismes (I think the potential is not yet fully exploited)
_No Default on the received version
Disadvantages:
_No Many games currently available
_Partie Shiny plastic on part of the highly sensitive console scratch and on the directional pad and buttons on the controller
_Jouer Multiplayer with paid subscription (50 to the year!)
_Oreillette Monaural ... I did not test quality binaural but would have been better
_Abonnement Required or paid applications, additional paid content, short despite the price of the console, it will probably still pay again and again to enjoy the PS4 content ...

If you have the opportunity to acquire this package, go for it, apparently it is back in stock!
I hope the new multiplayer games have / possess a subscription card of one or more PS more months.
