I wanted this tractor for my son 2 1/2 years because he played well with the same in a little boy this summer. The delivery was very fast but by assembling the parts to build the tractor and trailer, we saw a clip of the trailer was broken. The tractor is already built, I did not return for an exchange but I wrote a message to the service from Amazon for him to send me another room or another ... I am still awaiting answers !!! I'm not satisfied with is lack of consideration, the least we can do is follow the client messages and respond to them before you send feedbacks to customers !! Otherwise I think the tractor is of good quality, I bought my spare part from the manufacturer (free shipping) and the price quite competitive final. I do not think buy toys on Amazon!
