Does that mean that "Ozzmosis" also in my personal Ozzy ranking among the top 3 of albums ranked (depending on your mood sometimes at the top). His heaviest album it was at that time in any case (the successor to "Down to Earth" from 2001 similarly heavy, but not as good). The opener "Perry Mason" is part of the toughest and best what Ozzy has ever made. Of the other songs no one really falls off significantly, which is a small art after such a start already. The songs range from "really heavy" as "Perry Mason" or "My Jekyll does not hide" and melodic, but still rocking songs like "I just want you". My personal Favourite is the ingenious "See you on the other side", for me the best Ozzy song ever. Class Lyrics, crashing riffs but a great melody. Had to funerals really something else instead of always "My Heart Will Go On" to play! ;-) Particularly noteworthy, I also think that the two bonus tracks of "Expanded Edition" not a whit inferior to the rest of the album. Could the two bonus tracks not hold on "No more tears" the high standard of the album, to add "Whole World's fallin 'down" and the ballad "Aimee" (for Ozzy's eldest daughter wrote) seamlessly into the album! "Ozzmosis" is a great album that can be heard over and over again and even today - a decade after its release - sounds so fresh as ever. Also recommended for those who know Ozzy just as MTV clown and want to make sure that the one real (ge) ROCK (has)!
