"To Be Kind" to move even more strongly than the two previous albums by far jedglichen structures, and that's a good thing. An incredibly intense rushing listening experience you get offered only a few currently.
It's about the heart of any music - emotions. Minimalist and repetitive, they are incredibly intense offered, incredibly exciting motives banging through countless repetitions in the listener's head - boring? By no means! An incredibly exciting album. Currently there is no one as Michael Gira understands better to combine repetitions and minimal changes to a tension that never falls. I control exposure all the time in front of the album and think to myself "What's next? How are you to this reef next?"
You need to bring patience logically, but is rewarded with music that has guaranteed not heard before, that is new, exciting and intense (that word in my judgment so often happens, is entirely intentional). The "text" reflect this approach also very strong again, most often it is simply "throw-ins", which may the musical development of a song still drive further and faster formally.
Playing tips: to my favorites, the two impetuous song "She Loves Us" and "Oxygen" have developed. What "My Father ..." and suggested "The Seer" very well transposed, achieved in "To Be Kind" his perfection. I'm excited about what we hear from the band!
