In the more choice, the following models were:
Canon 7D Mark II
Canon 70D
Fujifilm X-T1
Nikon D7200
Pentax K3
Samsung NX 1
Sony A77 II
Ultimately, I decided for the Nikon D7200, as they currently, in my opinion
offers the best overall package of price / features / performance / accessories in this class.
My conclusion in brief:
Who is a semi-professional camera with excellent image quality, good facilities
and large range of accessories studied for the Nikon D7200 is a good recommendation.
What inspires me above all, the great autofocus, the lapse function and many already built creative possibilities
this camera offers. The I want to stay improvements in image quality, housing, equipment and function
fully met and the operation (Canon Umsteiger) is logical and easy to learn.

Contra
- Autofocus in Live View could be faster
- No GPS
I hope the review will help you a little in the decision and hope you enjoy taking pictures!
Small update after nearly a month use.
-What perhaps on images not come off, the housing is very high quality and fits comfortably in your hand, the difference for entry level as the D5500 is really clear.
-Very good viewfinder, large, bright, a lot of information. I've placed on one of the function keys, the spirit level, which is very convenient.
-The autofocus is very fast and accurate, especially with moving objects. Lt. Nikon is the new Multi-CAM 3500 II module, which is also used in D750. In practice, this works photographing Mitziehern, animals, etc. In any case very good! Although sometimes only little light is there ...
-The battery life is more than adequate, I think that's generally an advantage of SLR cameras. Although I had bought a replacement battery, on day trips but you can leave this safely at home.
-The Picture quality is excellent, I have extensively compared with the Canon 600D, the differences are clear. These offer a 24MP comfortable buffer for image processing. Meanwhile, the resolution's almost standard among manufacturers
Of course, I have no measuring lab, in as long as the statements are subjective, but now are reviews in various magazines and on the net are available which give all a clear verdict. Just daily ;-)
Something incomprehensible I find that Nikon has not built the folding screen from the D750, that would have been icing on the cake. Maybe in the next version ...
PS: Since 21.4. Camera Raw is 9 ready to update, in addition to various other new cameras, the D7200 is now supported.
