Especially at the beginning of the game you realize that the developers really had a lot of ideas to advance the story in Part 2, a cinematic and tense start and the first few hours of play where one is immersed in a wonderfully animated Rome, but soon followed disillusionment. Firstly may be because the powder that the idea seems Missed quite fast, the emissions by about half of the game are repeated too often and are sometimes quite annoying and unfair staged. In particular mundane pursuits with maximum Wanted Level, running from A to B kill target ready to be sent back to A to B again. Also, the location advantage with time, animation of pedestrians and distributors we already know from part 2, the peripheral areas of Rome are formed of a Grafikeinheitsbrei and inspire only by individually occurring ruins to be explored there. Where, in turn, are the strengths of the game, explore the city of Rome with all its temples, ruins and catacombs captivates easy.
Multiplayer I've only played briefly and had to no real opinion. Mine was not somehow.
Conclusion: Anyone who has skipped part 2 here can access calm because the Brotherhood has everything AC 2 has been awarded a year ago, plus a few minor improvements. Fans who know what they are expected to certainly have their fun. But you can see the game just to the developers ran away towards the end of the period. It had to stay out for the Christmas season. And what remains is an ambitious large Addon however at full price.
