At 23:08:14 I ordered on Amazon a pizza oven. Even when ordering the sentence appeared: only within Germany. I chose then an Amazon Affiliate company with the order. Here the pizza oven was 13 more expensive and the mind should be 19. One day later, by the company trends-styles of pizza oven has been canceled due to non-delivery. It was carried out a correspondence with trends-styles, because the address in Austria was right. The solution: trens-styles also provides only within Germany, but this did not appear on the ordering information.
The order I wound up on my credit card. This was immediately blocked my account as collateral, but the amount has not been retrieved from Amazon.
After a lengthy discussion of Turkey to Austria to the card issuer me this procedure was then notified. Automatically the lock is released after 10 days if Amazon does not release it before. To date, the amount blocked me already 6 days. (Meanwhile, the 10 days around) Of course I have the incident also communicated Amazon.
This simple but to be ordering my time loaded with a total of 6 e-mails and a not quite cheap phone conversation. Some time ago I had ever had a product returned to the supplier of Amazon. I had to threaten with a lawyer before me the amount was reimbursed. Another article directly from Amazon, however, was refunded immediately.
I will no longer buy in the future by credit card. Either debiting then I can withdraw the sum or by cash, then I know what's coming.
