On the downside, the open-circuit voltage 4.86 volts. This is actually too low to provide meaningful about a Raspberry Pi. Because this can - supplied with this voltage - then yes certainly offer no ordinary 5V to its own USB port.
Would call the positive side, the open-circuit voltage while (a bit) is low, but still not breaking when the power supply is under load. On the contrary: She even rises a bit on 4.90 V (at 0:58 A) and 4.91 V (at 0.93 A). Otherwise, it should be emphasized that the charger is solidly built, looks good and is no disturbing high frequency sounds.
UPDATE 2014-08-26:
After it turned out that I have first wrongly a ASUC42e-050100 received instead of HNP06-USBV2-Black, I sent the wrong device back to Amazon. The Marketplace sellers CIELA modern parts, however, was so accommodating UG to send me the correct charger for free. At the contents of my review, originally referred to the wrong ASUC42e-050100, characterized, however, changed little since the HNP06-USBV2-Black is probably almost identical and almost had the same behavior. However, the specifications on the product label now match with the item description, the max. Amperage is indicated with 1200mA.
