For two reasons:
1. They are, because of the size perfect for getting started with paddle training. Often you have to deal with fast-shoulder irritation, because the burden for many is too unfamiliar and too high. And the most important thing is that you do not pause. And these paddles do not have any problems.
2. Finger Paddles are not only good for endurance training, but also very good for technology training. Because they give direct feedback about proper hand position while swimming, no matter what the technology. These paddles are therefore suitable not only for beginners.
