Pink Martini are with this album again to its highest level since their debut "Sympathique". Until "Hey Eugene" the band has always presented a great musical journey through loungiges, jazzy and classical. Their fourth album "Splendour In The Grass" was nice but slightly slowed down in Esprit. After a Christmas album and an unusual album with Japanese singer Saori Yuki instead singer China Forbes, I have the preview of "Get Happy" was delighted to discover the Pink Martini is I loved back with full joy of life again in thing! Here me the photo, each title and a trip around the world is again presented in loose and partially groovy jazz rhythm as Pink Martini at best can. And the 20 year anniversary of this exceptional orchestra. Great!
